In our fast paced society, girls are often forced to grow up too quickly and face difficult issues when you’re still just a kid. This proactive therapy group helps girls to feel empowered, develop positive coping skills, and learn to make healthy decisions. Girls are encouraged to share feelings and struggles as they openly discuss important issues in a safe and supportive environment.
Topics will include:
Healthy Choices, Effective Communication, Understanding Emotions, Positive Friendships & Relationships, Increasing Self-Esteem, Managing Stress, and Handling Tough Times & Situations
