In my fifteen plus years of counseling my areas of experience have included working with children, adolescents , adults , and families including group work. I utilize several orientations including Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral orientations. I view counseling as a process by which the counselor facilitates in exploration, clarification and identification of needs and helps you to make changes in cognitions (thoughts) and behaviors that may aid in the attainment of life satisfaction and self-acceptance. I employ my diverse training and integrate an array of therapeutic interventions that will hopefully yield the best results for you and the issues presented.
