My career in the mental health field began over 14 years ago. I have experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in psychiatric hospitals, group homes and emergency shelter settings, a child advocacy center, as well as, providing outpatient therapy and intensive-in home services for children, adolescents and their families. Areas of experience include working with children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, self-harm/SI, ADHD, adoption, anger management, social skills, behavioral problems, grief/loss and trauma/abuse. I also incorporate family therapy to assist families working through conflict, divorce, and provide support with implementing positive parenting skills.
