I have been providing counseling services for ten years. I take a holistic approach to providing therapy with an emphasis on mind and body connection. I believe that by working towards creating a balance in every area of your life you can move towards living a healthier life. I have experience working with diverse populations including adults and children/adolescents, and with specialized attention to mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction issues, self-esteem, and women’s issues. I use cognitive behavioral techniques as well as keeping strengths based and solution focused mindset at the core of my practice. I also like to incorporate mindfulness, meditation techniques, and aromatherapy to assist with your concerns during therapy.
