Amanda Alexander, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I believe therapy can be helpful for anyone and any issue in your life. Whether a problem or concern is temporary or long term, it is always helpful to have someone to cheer you on, help you problem solve situations, or provide insight to unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I understand that people need different kinds of support for different issues. We need acceptance and compassion for who and where we are, as well as, motivation and skills in order to change unwanted thoughts and behaviors and to reach our individual goals.
