    I believe utilizing strength-based counseling with children, teens and adolescents enhances family participation and engagement throughout the therapeutic process.  I utilize a variety of evidenced-based models and techniques in working with clients to achieve their goals, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. 
    My experience includes working individuals in a university setting, the community, and group homes. I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety, social skills, behavioral issues and anger management.
