I provide counseling services for children, beginning at age 4, adolescents, and families with a wide variety of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. These include anxiety, trauma, behavioral problems, parental separation/divorce, grief and loss, depression, ADHD, and parenting skills. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients and families to work through their own experiences and find solutions that work for them. I enjoy building therapeutic relationships with clients and families and assisting them in working towards their unique version of fulfillment.

I work from various models with an integrative approach to counseling that is tailored to a client’s individual needs. My clinical approach encompasses Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Parent-Child interaction therapy (PCIT).
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (License # 11041) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (Certificate # 312184). I began working in the mental health field as a college counselor in the August of 2013, then fulfilled my internship requirements working with children, adolescents, and families doing intensive in-home treatment, school-based therapy, and outpatient therapy. I have been working with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient and intensive in home settings for the last 3 years.
