Jessica Faison, LMFTA

Licensed Marriage & Family Associate

Therapy is a journey of self-realization and truth, one from which I believe we all can benefit.  I believe in providing individuals and couples with a safe, supportive, and productive environment in which they can confront issues and create resolutions.  My approach to treatment is client-centered and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy.  My goal as your therapist is to help you identify tools best suited for your self-maintenance.  As much as I will encourage you, I will also challenge you.  We’ll work collaboratively to set goals as well as a plan to achieve them.  Life is experimental, and we’re all works in progress.  Sometimes we need to change a formula to get the results we want, and that is absolutely 100% O.K.
